Civilian Shakedowns
Warlord orders militia to conduct surprise inspections and seize any 'contraband' found. Decreases Support Level.
Combat Reinforcements
Have Garrisons liaise with deployed soldiers to reinforce them during combat situations. Significantly increases combat bonuses that soldiers receive from Garrisons.
Commercial Support
Develop marketplaces and help bring regionally developed products to market. Provides more jobs. Significantly increases Support Level especially in Urban zones. Hostile population reduces effectiveness.
Compulsory Work
Warlord orders militia to force unlucky locals to work for {operation} for free. Speeds up Initiative roll out, but decreases Support Level.
Core Health Care
Set up emergency care service facilities, such as clinics, hospitals and surgeries. Increases Support Level, especially amongst hostile population.
Corporate Charity
Utilize the Billionaire's well-established charitable organisation and redirect their efforts towards stablising the region. Free initiatives will be provided over time but will significantly increase Inflation.
Corruption Purge 1
Order public naming and shaming of key individuals suspected of major corruption offences and cancel all business contracts with them. Provides a one time decrease in Corruption Risk and a significant temporary decrease in Corruption.

Immediately freeze the assets and accounts of key individuals suspected of major corruption offences and prosecute them. Provides a one time decrease in Corruption Risk and a significant temporary decrease in Corruption.

Begin construction efforts to restore the dam in the region. Convoys will drive through the region to bring equipment and materials to the dam site. Cost increases depending on the state of dam when work begins.

Openly commit to democratic elections. Establishing a successful democracy will significantly boost your Reputation over time. Gains 2 Reputation.
