Strategy notes

Plan initiative purchases and prerequisites

Arrange initiatives in purchase order and total their base costs. Inflation and governor or scenario modifiers affect the prices during an operation.

Prerequisite order

Choose an initiative and open its prerequisite links. Add the required earlier purchases to the operation planner, then place the initiative after them. A flagged prerequisite needs attention before the sequence is ready.

Some initiatives accept alternative prerequisites. Read the requirement on the initiative before adding every linked choice to the plan.

Base costs

Electricity 1 lists a base cost of $5. Electricity 2 lists $8, giving a combined base total of $13. The planner excludes inflation and governor or scenario price modifiers. Use the price displayed in the game when funding an initiative.

Compare two openings

Use the same governor, map, difficulty and scenario when comparing opening sequences. Keep each sequence in purchase order. Copy the plan link to share it, or save the sequence in the browser to revisit it.
