Compare base costs, effects and prerequisites before choosing the next initiative to fund.
Compare the effects
Open an initiative and select Compare, then add the alternative you are considering. Water Supplies and Core Health Care address different civilian needs. Read the concerns in the affected zones before choosing between them.
Check what each purchase unlocks
Open the initiative’s prerequisite and unlock links to inspect the purchases needed for later upgrades. Add the chosen initiatives to the operation planner in purchase order.
Read the cost labels
The comparison shows each value under its field label. Initiative base costs and zone-action build costs describe different purchases. A blank cell means the value is unavailable for that entry.
